More details on Relative Harmony (see Oct. 5 contra): Rick Avery plays keyboard, guitar and banjo and son Jonathan adds violin & percussion to the mix.  This family grouping is completed by Rick’s wife Judy, an old hand at the caller’s mic. They have played for dancing and concerts all over Canada and the US.

Our annual Saturday afternoon dance designed to introduce novices to English country dancing.  Lisa Brown, assisted by her demo team, will teach you all you need to know to enjoy dances from Jane Austen’s time.  There will be Regency period costumes, delectable refreshments, gorgeous live music on violin, guitar and piano, a Ball featuring easy and fun dances, and many experienced dancers to help new folks.  2-6 PM at First Baptist.
